
My name is Chef Chris, and I am the heart behind CP’s Patisserie.
This patisserie was born from the kind of love that never fades. It comes from the bond I shared with my late grandmother, Mama, the woman who shaped not only the baker I became, but the person I am today.

Joan Motilal Partap was my first teacher, my biggest supporter, and the one who believed in me even before I believed in myself. Side by side in her kitchen, we baked together countless times pouring love into every mixture, every pan, every bite. That love travelled from our hands to the oven, to their hearts. Although I later studied at TTHTI Culinary College, the foundation of everything I create today was built in that kitchen with my grandmother.

I grew up in the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, where my earliest memories are filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting smell of something baking in the oven. Before there was culinary school, before recipes and techniques, there was Mama.
